Anoik (hereinafter may be referred to as 'we', 'our', or 'us') had developed and operates
Dot Wall Mobile app (hereinafter may be referred to as 'app', 'app', or 'service').
User: The downloader, installer, and/or User of Dot Wall and its related services.
Service: Service is the Dot Wall mobile application/app, its related services provided by Anoik.
Usage Data: Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of service or from the service infrastructure itself.
Personal Data: Personal data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
User Data: All the data generated by user action, which may include Personal Data, Usage Data, and/or any other Data related to User.
Third party: Third party are the vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and may require access to your data and/or information to do various tasks like data analysis, processing, marketing, provide targeted ads, etc.
Third party links: Any link which is not on our official domain anoik.com (the official domain of anoik), are provided by third parties.
If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement please uninstall the Dot Wall and remove all the supporting files immediately.
Dot Wall (and all supporting files including Licence(s)) herein granted to you shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, transferred and/or sub-licensed in whole or in part. For more info/clarification please contact Anoik.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: outsource, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or evaluate Dot Wall or it's copie(s).
Dot Wall contains copyrighted materials, trade secrets, and other property material. You should not (or attempt to) modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Dot Wall, nor can you create any derivative work or other works that are based on Dot Wall in whole or part.
Anoik's and Dot Wall's name, logo and graphics file that represents Anoik or Dot Wall shall not be used to promote any other products. Anoik retains the sole exclusive ownership of all rights, title, logo, graphics file and interest in and to Dot Wall and all intellectual property rights relating thereto.
Copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect all parts of Dot Wall, products, and services. No program, code, part, image, audio, text or any other material associated with Dot Wall may be copied or used by the user except as intended by Anoik within the bounds of this agreement. All rights expressly granted hereunder are reserved for Anoik.
You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Anoik, it's employees, agents and distributors against all claims, proceedings, demand, and cost resulting from or in any way connected with your use of Dot Wall, at your expenses. In no event will Anoik, it's employees, distributors or agents be liable for any kind of damage whatsoever caused by the usage of Dot Wall.
Anoik would not be liable for any of your actions caused by your usage of the app.
Anoik doesn't provide any warranties to Dot Wall and/or any damage caused to you, your device or data by the usage of Dot Wall.
This app Dot Wall is entirely a property of Anoik hence you cannot claim ownership of any part of Dot Wall or files provided with it. You can only use Dot Wall 'as it is' without any modification and/or a pirated version of the app, you should not use Dot Wall for any illegal purpose, to abuse someone, a community and/or to target someone.
We may sell/transfer our service in whole or part, including user data as part of a bankruptcy proceeding or other type of financial transaction.
We may discontinue or stop providing our service in whole or part, at any time without any prior notification.
Anoik is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India hence in the event of any legal dispute/challenges should be based on Bangalore Jurisdiction.
